Dental health is an extremely important part of your pet’s overall healthy. Dental problems can cause:

It can even lead to disease of other organs such as the heart and kidneys.
We will check your pet’s mouth at his/her annual visit. If you pet has developed dental disease, we will recommend either at home products to help with this or we may recommend a professional dental cleaning under anesthesia. Depending on how diseased your pet’s teeth are, we may need to extract diseased teeth in order to control pain and infection. Our dental procedures are extremely safe even for our older and geriatric patients. Keeping up with your pet’s dental health will allow your pet live a longer, healthier, more comfortable life.
